The connective tissue between the human and the agentic workforce.

Alexandria began in 2023 as research circles: fifteen people, one paper, its original authors. They grew into hacker houses in Munich and San Francisco. Building long-running agents for pharma, we hit the wall that defines us: nobody has recorded how experts actually work, and agents that run for months need months-long trajectories to learn from. That dataset, how the best people work on screen, has stayed untouched: too invasive for the workforce, too sensitive for any cloud. We unlock it by building each company its own data lab, private by proof, not policy. Founded by Raphael Volpert (serial founder, Calculus House SF) and Nils Anton Kratz (competitive programming and mathematics, previously enterprise data engineering and ML), we work as a small, quant-style team in Munich, running swarms of agents.

Ad Astra.
